Terms & Motorsport Waiver

1. Liability Waiver & On-Site Credentials

All passengers and hot-pit guests are required to execute a signed physical or digital liability waiver on the morning of the event prior to receiving credentials or boarding any track machine. Participation is subject to the rules and regulations established by the sanctioning organization (e.g., SCCA) and the host circuit (e.g., Daytona International Speedway).

2. Passenger Eligibility & Attire

• Age Requirement: Passengers must be at least 18 years of age (or 16 years of age with a parent or legal guardian present to execute the minor waiver).
• Attire: Full-length pants (jeans or track pants) and closed-toe shoes (sneakers or driving shoes) are mandatory. Open-toe sandals, shorts, and loose clothing are prohibited in hot pits.
• Physical Restraints: Passengers must fit securely within factory or racing bucket seats and standard multi-point safety harnesses.

3. Safety Equipment

TrackDayFun provides Snell/DOT race-approved full-face helmets and fresh, sanitary head socks for all passenger sessions. Passengers may use their own motorsport helmet provided it carries an active Snell SA2015, SA2020, or newer certification sticker. Motorcycle (M-rated) helmets may be restricted depending on track rules.

4. Weather & Track Stoppage Policies

Motorsport events run rain or shine unless circuit officials declare severe weather or unsafe standing water conditions. In the event of a red-flag track stoppage or unexpected schedule delay, TrackDayFun will make every reasonable effort to reschedule remaining laps to subsequent run groups during the same event day or apply full credit toward a future scheduled track date.
