About TrackDayFun
Founded with one singular goal: to make high-performance sports car racing intimate, accessible, and thrilling for real automotive enthusiasts.
Why We Built TrackDayFun
For decades, modern motorsport has increasingly pushed fans further and further away. Corporate grandstand tickets keep you sitting hundreds of yards from the apex, watching distant specks blur past.
In 2021, road-course veteran Steve Cormier founded TrackDayFun to change that narrative. Operating track-prepped C7 Corvette Z06s, Shelby GT350Rs, and Camaro 1LEs, we invited passengers directly into the hot seat to feel 160+ MPH high banking G-forces, threshold braking from 165 down to 45 MPH, and real paddock culture.
Today, TrackDayFun regularly participates in sanctioned SCCA Track Night in America events, charity festivals like the Celebration Exotic Car Festival supporting Make-A-Wish, and open track days at Daytona, Sebring, and beyond.
TrackDayFun is a proud member of the HPDE.TV Network with official high-definition video coverage and onboard telemetry broadcasts on YouTube at @trackdaysarefun.
Our Paddock Principles
Real Speed, No Speed Governors
Unlike commercial tourist driving schools that restrict horsepower, place artificial rev limiters, or force pace-car caravans, TrackDayFun sessions run at full race pace down Daytona's 31-degree banking.
Zero Sterile Barriers
Most motorsport events trap spectators hundreds of feet away behind chain-link fences. We believe in open paddock hospitality: touch the cars, talk to the drivers, smell the tire rubber, and walk the active garage bays.
Family & Community First
Motorsport is at its best when shared with family and friends. We create welcoming, family-friendly events where enthusiasts of all ages can experience the excitement of American sports car racing.
Rigorous Safety Engineering
High speeds require strict discipline. Every machine is track-inspected, every passenger is outfitted with certified Snell/DOT full-face motorsport helmets, and every driver is an experienced road-course coach.
