### What are the age and physical requirements for passengers?
Passengers must be at least 16 years of age (with parent or guardian waiver for minors under 18), able to comfortably buckle into a factory seatbelt or 4/5/6-point racing harness, and wear an approved full-face helmet.

### What should I wear to the track?
Long pants made of natural fibers (cotton or denim, no synthetic nylon/polyester), closed-toe rubber-soled shoes (sneakers or driving shoes), and a standard cotton t-shirt or long-sleeve shirt.

### Will I experience motion sickness?
While high-G cornering and banking compression are intense, the unobstructed forward view through the windshield and professional, smooth driving reduce motion sickness. If prone to carsickness, we recommend taking Dramamine or eating a light meal an hour before your session.

### Can I bring my own helmet?
Yes, provided it is Snell SA2020 or SA2025 certified. Motorcycle helmets (DOT or Snell M-rated) are strictly prohibited on sports car road courses due to fire-retardant lining requirements. TrackDayFun provides sanitized Snell SA2020 helmets with new head socks (balaclavas) for all guests.

### Can I record video during my ride-along?
Yes. Securely mounted action cameras (GoPro style) with mechanical roll-bar or suction mounts are permitted if approved by safety tech prior to staging. Handheld phones are strictly prohibited in the vehicle during hot laps for safety reasons.
